1.Products
This website offers original illustrations, illustrated goods, and custom wedding design services created by the artist. All items are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

2. Order & Payment
All orders will be processed after payment is completed. Custom work may require additional production time. Please check the details on the product page before placing your order.

3. Shipping
Standard items are shipped within 2–7 days after payment. For custom orders, shipping will follow the agreed production timeline. Depending on the country and region,
delivery may take from 1 to 4 weeks, subject to local postal conditions and customs clearance.
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may be charged depending on the importing country’s regulations.
We are not responsible for any duties or import taxes. You will be responsible for paying any necessary charges required by your local customs office to release the goods.

4. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made pieces and original artworks are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos clearly showing the issue. We will respond promptly to resolve the matter.

5. Copyright & Usage
All artwork and images are intellectual property of the artist. Purchased items are for personal and non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify the services and terms without prior notice. Please refer to this page for the most current version.

7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes related to the use of this service, both parties will attempt to resolve them amicably. If needed, matters will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

8. Intellectual Property Rights for Custom Work

Even for commissioned or custom-made works, the copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. The buyer receives the right to own and use the physical artwork but not the right to reproduce or distribute it.

9. Product Descriptions & Colors
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings. Slight differences in size or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
