1. Shipping Origin & Coverage
We ship worldwide from Seoul, South Korea.
2. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be automatically provided for most international orders. However, certain countries receive untracked standard shipping by default (see below).
3. Untracked Standard Shipping Countries
For the following destinations, standard shipping does not include tracking:

If you would prefer tracked shipping to these countries, please contact us before placing your order. We will guide you through available upgrade options.
4. Shipping to the USA
For U.S. customers, orders over 1.2 kg will automatically include tracking (USPS), as this is more cost-effective than untracked options.
If your order is under 1.2 kg and you wish to receive a tracking number or faster shipping, please contact us in advance to upgrade the shipping method.
5. Shipping Duration
Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and local postal conditions.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or international postal disruptions. We appreciate your patience.
6. Import Taxes & Duties
Import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Buyers are solely responsible for any additional charges required by their local customs office.
Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
7. Customers in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam

8. Shipping Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot offer refunds or reshipment if a package is lost due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Failure to collect the parcel from your local post office
If the package is returned to us due to such issues, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by postal carriers.
If you prefer a more secure shipping option, please request an upgrade before placing your order.
10. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or change it.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect item selection
If your item arrives damaged or you encounter an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
