How does the process work?

After receiving the client’s request, I discuss and confirm the necessary details for the project.
Once the request is finalized, I send a contract outlining the scope of work, schedule, and revision terms. After the contract is signed, I provide a personal payment link. The project begins once payment is confirmed. Within 7 days of payment, I share the first stage of the project: a rough sketch. The main work proceeds after that.
Upon completion, the final deliverables are provided either as digital files (PDF, JPG, etc.) or as original artwork (shipped by post).

How long does the project take?

The timeline varies depending on the type and scope of the commission. Projects typically take a minimum of 14 days and may require more than a month depending on their complexity and volume.
I kindly ask that you reach out with sufficient lead time. After a thorough discussion, I will provide a detailed schedule tailored to your project.

How is the original artwork shipped?

Original works can be shipped worldwide, with delivery times varying depending on each country’s postal conditions.
Frames are not included. Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective paper and securely fixed inside a box to prevent movement during transit.
A tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped.
