Hello & Welcome

Hello, I’m Yeojin — an illustrator and author based in Seoul.
Inspired by nature and the places I visit, I create botanical illustrations, travel landscapes, and a personal line of wedding stationery.
Since 2013, I’ve been creating and teaching colored pencil art, publishing seven tutorial books and running courses to share the beauty of this medium with others.
I have also collaborated with cosmetic, tea, jewelry, and lifestyle brands on illustration and product design projects.
In addition, I sell my illustrated paper goods to customers around the world.

What inspires me

When I’m not illustrating, I love discovering small happiness around me.
Even a single flower blooming on the street corner fills my day with love and warmth.
I’m especially drawn to illustrating wildflowers, rural landscapes, cozy tea time scenes, charming cottages, and vintage objects. These are the things that bring me happiness and inspire me to live each day with gratitude.
Ever since I started drawing, I’ve come to understand what truly brings me joy.
I believe that when I capture what I see and experience in life through drawing,
it becomes a form of art in itself.

With colored pencils, every day

Colored pencils are one of the most familiar and approachable art tools.
To me, they’re like an old friend—always ready, anytime, anywhere.

One quiet, uneventful day, I pulled out a set of colored pencils that had been tucked away in a drawer. The moment I held them again, I was completely captivated by their charm.
I ended up spending the whole day drawing, as if I had traveled back to my childhood—joyfully filling the pages with whatever came to mind, in a symphony of vibrant colors. The soft, soothing texture of colored pencils seemed to warm not just the paper, but my heart as well. Since then, colored pencils have become my voice as an artist.

with cottagecore charm

Drawing from the warmth of countryside living, my work brings gentle scenes and natural beauty to life with a soft, cottagecore touch.
